LEAD is a four-week summer program for girls completing 11th and 12th grades that focuses on leadership and making a difference in the lives of others. Based at an orphanage, LEAD creates meaningful opportunities for teenage participants to grow through giving. LEAD incorporates weekly trips and daily learning into a summer focused primarily on substantial volunteering for both a fun and impactful summer.
On LEAD, NCSYers will create and facilitate the best summer ever for Afula-based orphaned children, and by growing as Jewish leaders committed to making a difference in the world. This program is limited to just twenty participants.
