LEAD is a four-week summer program for girls completing 11th and 12th grades that focuses on leadership and making a difference in the lives of others. Based at an orphanage in Jerusalem, LEAD creates meaningful opportunities for teenage participants to grow through giving. LEAD incorporates weekly trips and daily learning into a summer focused primarily on substantial volunteering for both a fun and impactful summer.
On LEAD, NCSYers will create and facilitate the best summer ever for Jerusalem-based orphaned children, and by growing as Jewish leaders committed to making a difference in the world. This program is limited to just twenty participants.
